Return & Exchange Policy

At Kouzika, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that certain products, such as cosmetics and perishable items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
